Core Construction Limited has contributed to a very large portion of the general infrastructural demands in the country. We are the only company in Ghana who produces on large scale all types of bitumen and quarry products by ourselves.
The company has completed many construction projects in Ghana for major clients ranging from the Ministry of Roads and Highways to recognized international firms.
Asphalt Processing & Sales
Core Construction Limited owns 2 state of the art Hot Asphalt Mix plants located at Kpone, Ashaiman-Golf City and a mobile asphalt plant in Kumasi, where it produces asphalt of all grades.
Producing 150 tons an hour of asphalt makes Core Construction Limited your number one stop for all your asphalt needs.
Bitumen Production & Sales
Bitumen processing is done by our subsidiary company Platinum Seal Limited, with the aim of producing bituminous products of the highest standards. Platinum Seal Limited manages and runs Ghana’s biggest bitumen processing facility. The facility has also been classified as the biggest in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The company was the first to introduce polymeric bitumen emulsions into the Ghanaian market. The facility produces 20 tons of bitumen emulsion per hour and 120 tons of polymeric modified bitumen an hour.
Quarry Products
As part of the expansion drive, Core Construction Limited also owns and operates a stone quarry with a combined capacity of 400 tons per hour.
The facility comprises of a 250-ton-per-hour stationary line and a 150-ton-per-hour mobile crushing line. Our mobile stone crusher line ensures Core Construction Limited has readily available aggregates closer to its project sites wherever the job takes us.
